The song “Something” was written to tell the story of how I felt, from a very young age, till now. I have always said that I am a lucky person, but yet I really never won much, or got to do things, or played on a winning team, but I knew I was lucky. 

No one could have told me any different. I had people who loved me all around. There were times as a child I was put in situations that some kids don’t come out of or they do with many mental scars and/or physical ones. 

I wasn’t lucky, I am a child of the great I AM. 

Christ watched over me. He brought me through and will bring you through also! He is and was that something! 

And I carry that “Something” in my heart every day!
